We have been harassed by multiple people telling us we overcharges on our merchant account. They get very rude when you tell them to stop calling you and we had a cussing match a few months ago. They stop calling for a couple months and then it starts all over again. They sometimes call back-to-back multiple times. It's holding up our business line and we don't know how to get them to stop.

Received a call from a Mya Tiello referencing overcharges on a merchants account?

WILL NOT stop calling me.

They called and said your merchant account has been charged.

Our company also received a call from a "Nick Hanson" saying he needs to see our credit card merchant statements. As with all the other comments; talks very strange and tries hiding an accent. Very persistent and won't stop calling. Be careful!

I received a voicemail from "Nick Hanson" ext. 343 with Sekure Cost Review saying he was asked to talk to me about the results of an analysis and said he really needed to talk to me about the results. I almost called him back because we are a doctor's office and when you hear "results" you think lab results, mri results etc. but the weird way he was talking, like he was trying not to speak with an accent but that made him sound like a middle eastern John Wayne, made me google the number before I called him back. I'm glad I did because this is obviously a scam. Horrible people!

"Peter Smith" called me, lol. Clearly he was an Indian guy in a call center, there is no hiding that. SPAM CALL from 646-679-4752 but gave a 1-800 number for the call back.

A woman named Amber called. I told her we were not interested. Started to talk over me. I ended the call and she had some man call. I told him the same thing...he would not stop arguing with me. Ended the call with him and they called a third time with a different rep. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB.

This is Sekure Cost Review or Sekure Merchant Review. The only way to get them to stop is by contacting them vie BBB and filing a complaint, they are the same Sekure Merchant business in New York. I think that they think by having a slightly different name and calls coming from Canada, they are exempt, but they are in fact the same business, using international callers to do their dirty work. They are sick individuals and will lie and try to tell you that they are legally allowed to call and harass you. Maybe we should file a joint lawsuit, they called here 4 times in 15 minutes after being told 3 times to remove our number to cease and desist. If you read their job review page, they talk about the sick tactics used to harass people.

This place calls our Business asking for someone who the name we use is a fake name just for these types of calls and even had the nerve to call me an idiot after trying everyway possible to give some crappy line about a merchant acct. THEY WON'T GET OUR INFO ha cause I am a good IDIOT to junk callers.

THEY KEEP CALLING AND CALLING...EVEN AFTER YOU TELL THEM YOU ARE NOT INTERTESTED!!!

Their sales rep was so rude!
