Reducing credit card debt. I do not know how many times I've received calls from this telemarketer. It starts out as a recording, asking you to dial "1" to accept the offer; does not offer a chance to opt out. If I dial "1" and ask to be put on "do not call list" I get hung up on. This was second call today; first was a partial recording on my answering machine, which I deleted. Caller never identifies company calling from and refuses to give phone number. When I dialed *69, I was told the last call came from 800-919-2345; person I talked to, I think, was "Alicia" or "Aisha"
