The recording said, "This is your last chance to lower your interest rate". I get so many of these calls it is driving me up the wall. Why can't your department put a stop to the annoying calls. It is just a scam to get your credit card information. Every time I get one of these I file a complaint.

"This is Credit card services calling concerning your credit card account. This is your second an final notice on how to lower your interest rates on your current credit card account"

I have no credit card accounts. There is no option to opt-out from the calling list and if chosing the option to speak with a customer service representative they hang up on you when you tell them to remove your number, or they insult you then hang up.

Recording stating this was the final call I would receive stating lowering interest rate. When I was prompted to dial 1 an operator came on and I proceded to ask why he would be calling and that I was on the do not call list and he hung up.
