Lower credit card payments/interest rates on existing cards. Caller insisted that there was a business relationship since I had any bank's visa/mastercard, but then hung up on me when I challenged her. Called chase bank and they said it was a scam that they were trying to track down. Chase bank requested that I file a complaint against them since it was a scam/fraud being commited by the calling party.
