robo dialed automated calls. final notice to lower credit card rate. claims to represent all credit card companies, visa, mastercard, american express. claims to have access to my personal payment history and be affiliated with my personal credit card companies, but won't identify them. unwilling to identify specific company. unwilling to give name. unwilling to put through to a manager. argues that interest rates on consumer credit loans are not a commercial service. unwilling to remove me from their solicitation list. disregards do not call list. disregards prior requests to remove from call list. rude, combative, and quick to hang up. direct violation of wa law rcw 80.36.400. unable to find contact info for their business for the purposes of compelling relief under rcw 80.36.400.
