BMO mastercard is using the Sykes Enterprises telemarking company to contact its customers for market purposes. I just started getting several calls from them a day. I am already supposed to be on BMOs do-not-call list, which I had confirmed just a few months ago, and they are suppose to update this info with Sykes. I emailed BMO customer service and this was the response I got:
"Thank you for contacting us about your account.
I regret the circumstances that have prompted you to write to us. I can confirm that your name has been removed from our promotional offerings list. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
In regards to the calls you have been receiving from Sykes Enterprises, I have forwarded your correspondence to our MasterCard department. It may take up to 3 business days for a response. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
If you have any further questions, write to us again or call us at 1-800-363-9992. Thank you for choosing BMO Bank of Montreal for your everyday banking needs."

Pls tel number to stop calling to my number...this number calls 5 to 6 times a day..I know this is a tellemarketers phone number...i wish you can stop this number to call me every day.. thank you..
They play crminal games with innocent public coz they can get away with it. well get poetic justice whic no one can get away with-heaven's justice.
these are crminals, i am paying my tax with my hard earned keep, what's our police doing aboit it?
That number has called me 6 times in 2 days and never leaves a message. Says they are Sikes calling on behalf of a client. If you can't leave a message obviously a fishy telemarketer. Block this number
