Why after all these reports, credit/debit card disputes, US Postal service fraud reports filed and this website listing the same complaints from everyone, is this continued to go on?

I've taken the necessary steps and reported this company to all officials, the newspaper who posted the ad and have signed that I would be willing to prosecute.

These "pond scum" are worthless. I realize with all the scams out there it's time consuming to keep track, but when reports are filed, why are they still left to scam more people.

I also fell for this "great income opportunity working from home". I paid the $339.00, but on my debit card. This is harder to get a refund than a credit card. Anyway, I received the CD & instructions. It indicates that I need to register with county clerk, get an EIN #, open a business checking account, then contact Processor Support to get set-up & software program activated. On 08/17/11 I spoke with a woman named "Clara" (dialed 866-230-7441). She was very rude and ignorant==to say the least! I told her I wanted a refund due to the fact that after reading the statements posted, this was a scam. At that time, there were 37 postings. I advised Clara of that & she said "well, we have over 3,000 people working for us, so 37 complaints aren't too bad". -She also said they do not give refunds. She also wanted to know where I got this phone number from & proceeded to tell me the customer service is 877-422-7270 Good Luck to us all @ getting our money back. Not sure if I really want to continue-I just hate to throw away $339.00. I might just contact my back again & see what they can do.

I am being scammed by this outfit. I responded to an ad in a local newspaper. The man's name was Steve (after repeated phone calls I got his last name - Steve Fritz). He said the name of his company was Physician Data Base. I too would be pad $425.00 part time which would be approximately 17 hours per week. I was afraid it was a scam but desperately needing work I gave him my credit card. The company name charged to my card for $339.00 was INTEGRATED ADVANCEMENT, LOS ANGELES CA. That's what brought me here. I called Steve and told him what I found and thought this was a scam. He was very indignant about it and said he would have to cancel my software purchase. I agreed of course. They still sent me the software and actually supplied a phony fraudulent email showing my purchase. THERE WAS NEVER ANY EMAIL EXCHANGED. I have no return address to send the software back and I now have to fight with my credit card company to get my money back.

Alice, I did get my money back on my Chase card. Write an in depth letter to your card company once they send you the dispute. Include a copy of all this info here on this site Integrated Advancement company and also all the stuff they sent you (there is no actual software on the CD Rom they sent)., Send all this as a part of your dispute paperwork. It will take about 90 days to get your money back, but you will get it back. When my card company (Chase) called them to speak to them about their end of the dispute, they never bothered to answer or to call Chase back after Chase tried to contact them repeatedly, so it became obvious to Chase also that these guys are scammers and crooks. Several of us are still working on findoug out where tehse people are so as to file Federal Mail Fraud charges on them among other things. If you need any help please let several of us here know. We've been through are or going through this., Temija@aol.com

This person's name was Ron and talked about working from home. You could work 17 hours a week and earn 425.00 or 37 hours and earn 850.00. You paid for a program that cost 339.00 and you would get the money back in 18 months. I used my credit card have been chared and received nothing in the mail yet. I would do the training and in 2 days call and information would be sent to me via UPS or Fex Ed enter information in to the computer and send it back via electronic. I don't have the phone number and now I'm begining to think I have been scamed. Help if you can.

Believe me, you have been scammed....they do NOT have any doctors lined up for you to work with and that's IF yuo get past the test. You're setting yourself up for verbal abuse and theft. This scam has changed from $319 to $339 and from 12 months to get your money back to 18 months. I too fell for this but I have gotten my money back from Chase (my credit card provider). What you get from them is NOTHING that will help you work for them or anyone else. Believe me, they didn't even bother to return Chase's phone calls to them. If you need more info, as there is a growing group of us that are banding together, please email me at temija@aol.com. ~ Teresa

Hi Shirley, The person I spoke with was Steve Fritz. He gave me the same pay information, same charge for software. He said his company's name was Physicians Data Base and was to type data for a local doctor. I was never going to be reimbursed for the software however. I called my credit card company to tell them I was afraid it was scam. After the charge came through under Integrated Advancement, I researched it and found this website. I called Steve back at 800-501-9408 and told him. He acted very insulted. I asked for proof that this was a legitimate job offer but of course he declined. He said he would cancel my software. BUT THEY DIDN'T. THEY SENT IT REGISTERED MAIL WITH NO COMPANY NAME ON IT FROM SEATTLE, WA. I SIGNED FOR IT AND NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE ME PAY FOR IT. I'M NOW CORRESONDING WITH HSBC TO GET THE CHARGE REVERSED AGAIN!! THEY ALSO SEND A COPY OF AN EMAIL THAT I NEVER EVER SAW. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW ANYONE CAN DO THAT-IT ACTUALLY SCARES ME. I think if you refuse the package I don't think your credit card company can charge you. Just tell them it's a scam. Good luck to you and wish me luck as well. If I wasn't so desperate for a job right now I never would have fallen for this. I thought I had myself covered but now I see they are really bad people.

Like everyone here I have feel for this scam... I did pass their so called test and they have sent me 6 different doctors name and address with an attachment of a letter, analysis and health agreement. none of which have panned out. Currently I am trying to get enough information to put together a Civil Suit against them. If anyone would like to join me please e-mail me at ssherryla@aol.com. I worked for a attorney for 7 years and I know that we can at least try a civil suit. What I am going for is exactly what their add called for:
Local data entry/typists
needed immediately. $400 Pt-
$800 Ft/weekly. Flexible
schedule, work from own Pc.
800-920-4851
I was told I was guaranteed work. I do have all this on recorded. That makes it a verbal agreement. I started in January ( I know what took so long to do something, just have not had time) I have figured they have lost me a total of around $12,000 in what they claim I could have made. Should anyone want to join me please e-mail me.

I am another upset individual who has been dealing with one of the rudest "support processors" and all the time that has been devoted to trying to get a second job. The company sends you for 319.00 all the info, you follow the steps of business name, Ein # Business License etc. and then study for the test which at this point hasn't happened. They have 48 hrs to call you for the test so you wait and no response. She called me when I was at the store and as I repeated back to her, her directions she yelled at me and then hung up. She sent me e-mails and would tell me "YOU NEED TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS!!!! and would make rude comments. We need to join together to stop this scam!!!

Dear Anonymous, June 9, 2011
Don't even bother taking the test, this thing goes nowhere. They only take your money. I got my CD in the beginning of February of this year, after seeing the ad in our neighborhood newspaper. I followed all the directions and then passed the test, and then waited for the next step which was to get the doctors names and associated instructions, which I received. All tasks stated completed, waited the few weeks, nothing. Still nothing as of today, June 16, 2011. I called the doctors offices, against the instructions and was told that they threw my letter away and they do all the data processing in their offices. I live in Florida and got doctors names in Montana.
This is a scam and have yesterday been told by my credit card company that I will get a credit for the CD if the processing company for the "company" does not object. This company and the people, including the nastiest person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with, makes you wait until the 60 days that the credit card company makes you wait for a dispute. After that you are lucky to get anything back.
I would love to stop this scam somehow, but how. I am going to reply to everyone that doesn't have an email listed on these messages to let them know that this is something we need to do something about in our own areas, if possible.

I too called and got the packet with cd and information. I called the number and was told to get an ein number, checking account and then call them back. I did all that and was told to email them the information, and then they would call me. I did that and waited a week before I called again an answering machine, I happened to not be home when they called, I was never given a name, so I called back, and then she finally called back today. Rude don't even begin to describe this woman. She told me I had to call and schedule a test time and that they had told me this, I tried to explain that I was not told anything and she called me a liar and that it was my families fault for not giving me the message. I told her to stop being rude and that I hadn't gotten any phone calls or instructions, that is why I called she yelled over top of me and then hung up. I called back and asked for the information to send the packet back because there is no way that I would even work for them, could you imagine trying to get paid? I was a fool, I am reporting them to the BBB, I am also calling the Trade Commission and canceling my EIN number and telling the agent I talk to about this company. I will also call my credit card company to see what I can do to recoop my money. I don't know if it will do any good but I am going to try. The number I have is 866 230 7441.

I used a different phone number but all of this sounds very familiar. I just received my package today & it is a cd or dvd with a title on it called DATACLAIMS. I was wanting to know if this is the same thing that everyone else received, because I think it is the same thing. Please let me know, I have notified my credit card company that it might be a scam, guess I'll go from there. All help is appreciated.

When I received a call back from them, it always said RESTRICTED on my caller id.

The number I'm dealing with is 1-866-230-7441. I am unfortunately in the process of trying to take my test. The girl that we have to deal with is so nasty, I actually get nervous talking to her. I'm afraid they will keep failing us on the test until we just give up. When the girl called me to schedule my test, I was in a doctor's office waiting for some results...when I tried to explain that I couldn't hear her and where I was she screamed and me and hung up. Real nice!! I even saved my emails from here in which she yells by using capital letters and many exclamation points. This is supposed to be our "support line" but they take their time (days) to call back. You always get an answering machine..NEVER a person!!!!!!!!!! I was supposed to be tested 2 days ago and I saved the email where I told her the date. She responded back "where's the time?!!) I mentioned 1 pm. She never called to test me. I received a voice message today with her harshly telling me it was my fault I missed the test and now we have to reschedule. Supposedly, there is a Doctor's convention next week and their offices are closed, so I'll have to wait 2 weeks to re-schedule. I'm ready to scream back at her, but I'm afraid that they just won't communicate anymore and I'll lose my money for sure. I'm going to call my bank and show them the emails and voice messages and see if they can help me get my money back. Sorry if my posting is all over the place, I'm just so frustrated I can't think straight!! If anyone goes after this company and needs any of my info, I'm willing to help.

I would suggest filing a dispute with your card company immediately. I have done that and so have a few others from here that I've been in contact with. The lady that took my order for this sounded exactly like the lady "Clara" that issues the stupid test. And when I got to the 7th question, and I answered it exactly correct, she told me I was wrong. I argued about it, sent an email regarding the fact I had given the correct response and she yelled at me in caps too stating that if I responded to the email I would be kicked out of the program and that I was not to take them for fools, that all tests were recorded and monitored. First, this is illegal to do to record a conversation without informing the other party. Anyway, the fact they continually change their phone numbers is a definitive clue they're a sham of a company and con artists. File your dispute immediately.

Dear Ashley:
This is a scam and you would not believe the people taken by this. I am in Florida and am trying to ge the word out so others will not be scammed as I and others have been.
I am trying to get a message to everyone on this list and have been in touch with those with email addresses and/or phone numbers. Wish there was something I could right away. And I'd love to smack the H--L out of this so called support person.
See if you can get your money back. I have gotten a credit and will see if it goes through since they stated that the credit may be disputed by the company that does the financial for these people in LA.

I called 1-800-262-8135 in response to the ad to work from home doing medical processing on my computer. Ronnie the regional mgr finally returned a call on 3/19/11from the 3 messages I had left over the past week. He replied when asked, that the company name was Medical Entry Processing and the main headquarters were in Chicago. I was told that they would provide me with training software that would be encrypted with my and the Doctor's information for whom I would be working. I did the training, registered my company name with the county, got an EIN number and a biz checking acct and called the support line 1-866-230-744. I was told to email them all that info with the bank name and number and routing and account number. After doing all that, i was called and told to email with a 48 hr notice to take a test and had the misfortune to ask one more time the name and address of the company. The girl on the other end went ballistic and asked why I needed that. She screamed, yelled, ridiculed me and eventually hung up on me. I am leaving out lots of attitude and conversations with this woman for brevity sake. I would like to prosecute these people as well. Email me: lapiekos@live.com

I too have found this to be a scam. The "Clara" person on the phone is remarkably similar sounding to "Lacey" who takes your payment info. 3 weeks to get package. 1st test schedule for 4/19 @ 2pm. CDT. She didn't call until 3pm, at which point I had emailed them to reschedule fr Mon. 4/25 as I thought they'd forgotten about me. She was extremely rude, said it was my fault and we'd have to go with new schedule request I'd sent. How was it my fault she was an hour late calling? Don't think so. On Monday, 4/25, they never called. So rescheduled for Wed., 4/27 @ 1pm CDT, she didn't call until 2:55 CDT. I was in the restroom, and she got mad as I wasn't "ready" for the test by being in the bathroom. Told her I didn't know she was going to call while I was taking care of a necessity thanks to Mother Nature. She got rude, discourteous and irate. I answered 1st question about who pays me correct (Doctors). I answered 2nd question correct ~ how long for doctor to get paid when no errors on form - 60-90 days. 3rd question ~ what does EDI stand for and what does it mean. Responded it was Electronic Data Interchange and that it was used in ATM, ACH, online orders, etc...anytime data was electronically transmitted or exchanged. She told me that was wrong...(it's word for word almost exactly as they had it in their study guide.) I told her no, it was correct, and she really became irate. Told me I was stupid, I responded not stupid with an IQ of 163. She continued to call me stupid and told me I had to reschedule. I mentioned mail fraud to them, federal offense and she immediately hung up. Those of us that have fallen for this B.S. need to band together and file with the LA sheriff's office on charges of theft (yes we can do this) and with the US Postal Svc. on Mail Fraud (what they are doing also falls under that federal law and offense). Please email me at temija@aol.com or feel free to call me at 469-223-9715 if you're interested. ~ Teresa

I paid for this back in the end of Feb. 2011, 3 weeks later got the software. First time test was scheduled, they were 50 minutes late, and I mentioned I thought they had forgotten about my test so I had emailed for a new test schedule, "Clara" (who by the way sounds an awful lot like Lacey, the one who took my payment info) got upset and said it was my fault and we'd have to go with the new schedule & was very irate with me. I was like how was it my fault when she was the one late calling. I rescheduled for the following Monday (6 days later) and they never called. So I rescheduled for that following Wednesday at 1pm and it was 2:55 before they called. I was in the bathroom, but had my phone close by. I told Clara again that yes I was ready. Then she got mad at me and stated that maybe I shouldn't be doing two things at once...I told her "Excuse me, but you called while I was in the bathroom, I can't control when Mother Nature decides on this necessity and I wasn't on the phone when I started out in the bathroom." She became rude and irate. I answered the first question about time frame for doctor to receive payment correctly. Then answered the second question of who pays me correctly. Then she asked what did EDI stand for and what was it. I told her Electronic Data Interchange and that it was like ATMs ACH payments, online orders, anything involving any data that was exchanged or transmitted electronically. She told me that was incorrect. I told her no it wasn't and I was certain it was correct (which it is almost word for word exactly what they stated.) She got really rude, told me I was stupid and that I needed to study more. I replied I wasn't stupid, had an IQ of 163 and that I knew for certain I was correct. Then she kept on about how stupid I was and that if I wasn't so stupid I would have gotten the answer (which I remind you was answered almost word for word correctly) wrong. Then she told me I'd have to reschedule again.

The number above and 800-262-8135, are one in the same. I recognize the voice on the answer machine. I feel this is a huge scam and I will take care of this with my bank. I need that $319.00. Now if anyone that works or owns these number would like to come forward and show some honest credentials I would reconsider. There is a ladies voice on the message that protest all the other agents are business. When a rep calls you back and guess what it is her voice. She has hung up on me twice and the other times I spoke with her she was extremely rude and condescending. If this is a legit company it seems management would raised their heads and let that employee go. I am going to wait for a time to see if anyone will contact me about their company, and answer some question. I was promised two weeks vacation and a refund of the $319.00 of purchased software, after I had served the required time to earn those benefits.

Dear Marilyn:
Don't wait for anything to happen because it won't. I tried this and nothing has happened even after getting names of doctors that I would be connected with to do their work. I passed the test the first time and yes I was in touch with the same nasty person who is the rep/support person, Clair or Clairisa. That was in April and to date nothing has happened even after voice mail messages and email messages. I then got the numbers of the doctors from google and called their offices and was told the my letter was thrown out. So there you have it. And I was to get a two week vacation and a refund after eighteen months of working a refund. I put in a claim with my cr cd company and have gotten a credit.
This not a legit company and I would dearly love to get the word out somehow to stop them. But where does one start or begin. I have called the BBB, the paper that was running the ad, the office of consumer affairs here in Florida but everyone needs to have company name and address, which we don't have. I will keep trying. Contact me if you wish, ejtrep@yahoo.com. Good Luck.

I received my dvd package in the mail after 2 weeks and was told that I then needed to set up and Trade Name and have it filed within my county, also applied for EIN not sure why that was necessary. and I also opened up a business account in my new trade name. then when I sent the info by email I was told I had to take a TELEPHONE test and give them 48 notice and test would be between 1-4 pm. I was called and the female partner of this organization gave me the test. She yells at you constently and I was having trouble understanding some of the questions. She was so aggrevated with me right off the bat that I could not here her well enough. To me the some of the questions were quite difficult especially the abbreviated ones...I got to one question and really had a hard time with it and she would not repeat it and said I FAILED the test and not to even call again until April 11th. I thought somewhere in the text that you could not miss more than 5 questions. However, she would not allow me to go any further. I am 61 years old and I am not stupid.....I am a Bookeeper, Tax preparer, had my own constructin company for 13 years and was an Escrow Officer for title companies for 17 years. I have never been treated or yelled at in such a manner in my 61 years. I feel soooo foolish that I paid $300.00 and did all of the filing and THEN had to take a test. Seems it is a bit backwards. I will try to pass this freakin test again after April 11th as I really need and was counting on this work, not to mention the $300.00 + that I have already put in it. This is totally insane and please someone else post and let me know how you feel and if you passed the test

You, Marilyn and I need to file with the US Postal Svc. for Mail Fraud as this was sent via US Mail and this incident does fall under and qualify for this. We all should also file with the LA County Sheriff's Dept. on these as theft charges, not to mention harassment. Also, we all need to contact IRS regarding this scam company having our EIN's for which we are responsible. Plus this would, in turn, get IRS involved in pursuing the scam company. Ironically, I had contact the "sales" area of this company and left a message with a different number and name. A man, Ronnie, called me back to explain what I would have to do to work for them. I played along and of course listened to the $299 spiel again about the software. I then asked, "You guys provide all the work right?" He responded yes and then I asked "Is there any tests or anything I have to take?" and he told me no. So, this is a B.S. company. Also, the CD Rom you receive is NOT encrypted as they state. There is no encryption anywhere on the CD Rom at all. We need to band together and get these people taken to jail/prison, these people who are taking advantage of people just trying to make an honest living like ourselves. ~ Teresa

Dear Sharon:
I too have been taken by this scam and am 70 and was looking for something to do at home to keep busy and get a few extra dollars coming in. The ad seemed so perfect and was in our neighborhood newspaper here in Palm Coast, Florida. I spoke with Ron somewhere in LA, got my CD in about 2 weeks did the trade name, business license, bank account and sent all that info to that nasty support person and then passed the test first time. Then I was sent the names of three doctors in Monatan and other paperwork via email. I followed all the instructions contained but heard nothing, and still nothing to date. I then looked up the phone numbbers of the doctors and spoke with their office managers who told me that my letter and forms were thrown out since they do not do anything outside their offices.
I was an executive assistant in some of the largest companies in Silicon Valley in California and have a degree in Marketing, before retiring and moving to Florida, and have never met anyone like this Clair or Clairisa who is our rep/support person. I too feel so foolish in being taken by this thingie but have received credit from my cr cd company for the $319.00. Go the the library and get the book called Start Your Own Medical Claims Billing Service. This business is so much more extensive and involved than this company is putting out there to seem so easy to be connected to. I wish you the best and feel so bad for you, as for myself and my friend in Arizona whom I put on to this. She is going through the same people and events that we have experienced as all those who have written in on this e-site. It is a scam and I wish we could do something about this and get these people arrested or something.
If you'd like, contact me on ejtrep@yahoo.com.

I paid for the software prox. 2 weeks ago and am expecting the software within the next few days.
I also talked with the Lady and she seemed a bit aggrevated with my questioning too. Of course this phone call was made to the 866 number you are to call AFTER you receive the software. I really feel foolish that I did not research before paying and think there could sure be a better way to send/receive the money where both parties feel secure about transaction. I am 61 years old and need work desperately, guess that is why I was trusting rather than skeptical.

Also responded to a local ad in our Thrify Nickel and have paid for the software. I haven't received the software yet but it hasn't been quite two weeks. I am skeptical as well as I didn't do enough research before I made this committment. ....let's keep posted

AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.... they're rude, disrespectful once they get your money and they won't provide you with work or pay you. They will give you any and all bogus reasons to keep you from working. Encrypted custom made CD is a joke, no encryption. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID Them!

How could hey be in business for 25 years if this is fairly new doing medical billing over the internet? This is a scam I am sure. I am supposed to do the final step and take the test. No one gives last names or the address of this company and rant and rave why do I need this information when I ask. If anyone has any more information please respond to me via email or on this sight....
