Send me text - I do not have a account with AMEX so I knew this was fraudulent-then they texted me another # to call 800-921-6490 - this time I replied STOP & sent another text that said I will no longer receive Account Alerts but may still receive Fraud Alerts!!

I had a message texted to me 5 times in a month that my AMEX account# 14298... requires attention. I looked it up and saw it was a real AMEX number. I called it and the operator told me they may have gotten my number in error and would flag it.
