I contacted Chase on Twitter - they said 800-935-9935 is a legit number for Chase. However.... exact quote from Chase: "There have been a number of phishing attempts where third-parties have spoofed our numbers. We recommend hanging up and calling the number on the back of your card regarding any concerns. Keep in mind, we'll never call and ask you for personal information."

Received a call and did not answer. I returned the call from a different phone. This is for Chase Debit card, which I do not have. I contacted Chase that is on my credit card and they said they had not called me for any reason. Do not give this caller any information. Chase is not going to call you and ask for you account number and personal information. If they need you they will surely leave a message which this person did not.

Called Chase back, they said they had no idea why someone from their company would call me today. Nothing in the notes under my account number or name about calling me today. Suspect scam

I was look at refinancing my home, four months ago and still recurring calls about refinancing. Decided against it and they are syill calling.

This Chase Bank number is being used by Chinese scammers. It appears valid on caller ID, but results in long VM in Chinese dialect. Alert Chase, and beware.
