Call multiple times a day, even when I answer they hang up right away, Driving me nuts until finally got the message today!! 4 days of my phone just ringing n they were calling me from a different number. I thought it was another scam. Especially with the British accent the machine has. So glad I check this site before I call the real t-Moble

Called again, got them blocked, unlisted, app show T-Mobile, everything else unknown, spam caller. Did not answer, left message, will delete.

this is not tmobile ive been with tmobile for a long time it is a fake saying they r t mobile collections but they r not I have called t mobile mane branch an they told me not to pick up is a scame milwear look to hack your phone and still info

This is NOT T-Mobile, I have been with them for 15 years and this is not a number they call to collect on. Besides T-Mobile would not hang up when you answer or continue to call 3 times in a row when you don't answer.

Just because you refuse to believe it's legit T-Mobile number does not make it so.
Here is an excerpt from a letter I received from T-Mobile Customer Relations, P.O. Box 37380, Albuquerque, NM
To: Mr. xxxx xxxxx,
(snip)...thank you,and if you have any further questions you can reach our Voicestream in house collection agency at 1-800-937-8942 if you require any further assistance with your wifes account. (end)

Just trying to set the record straight when people react by claiming a false fact.

Its T-Mobile... they call about 5 times daily. I always pay right before they fix the late charges

Am continuously being called, throughout the day, and a message is never left. Read the reviews, visited my nearest T-Mobile office, who told me my bill was current, not past due. Do all mobile companies harass customers like this? I will look for another carrier for my family phone.

Your T-Mobile store and their collections dept and two different systems which, apparently, are not in sync.
Wouldn't it be easier to just block the call?
I can assure you there are forums just like this page for every other major carrier.

This is T-Mobile Collections. They call me every month about 2 weeks prior to bill being due. Today is the 8th & bill is due on the 20th. If I don't pay early they shut off my service & then charge to to turn it back on.

I'll bet anything you have a balance that is being carried over to next month.
Utility companies seldom make mistakes on balances and if they were to try and penalize or threaten you to pay early you would have quite a legal case.....which you don't because you and your lawyer would be busy collecting rather than complaining on a whocalledMe? message board.

I recieved the call from 1 800 937 -8942 at 3:39 pm this afternoon
Because I have a flip phone it took a few seconds for me to answer the call...
But ,by the time I answered the call,the calling party had hung up!

Don't know who it is as I don't answer and they don't leave a message. I have had T-Mobile service for several years now. If I get behind on my bill they will send a text reminder. I'm not behind on my bill and haven't been for months. These calls have just started.
