I have been getting multiple live calls from T-Mobile since September 2012 and the number they gave me is 800-937-8997. I do not have caller ID. This people keep calling to ask for a Carl and/or Elizabeth Warner and I don't know who they are. I called the number back and explained the situation and the rep said that would take my number off their list but I still continue getting those annoying calls. Yesterday I spoke to Andre with T-Mobile and that was on 05/28/2013 and he also told me that would remove my number from their list. Today I got a new call from them.

I called my service provider. The representatives then called the number to find out who it was and found out that it was T-MOBILE calling phone numbers to have them activate a service.

Missed the call. It was t-mobile calling me back to let me know they fixed a problem that was preventing me from receiving MMS. Wish I answered before looking here. Oh well. Problem solved, I'm happy.

Repeated text and phone messages:
- Asked for information to change mobile account to T-Mobile per my request (which I did not make).
- Demanded I add money to my account immediately or it would be closed - although I don't have an account with T-Mobile.

When you call this number it is a T-Mobile answering service.

This phone number showed up on my bank statement, saying it was a recurring payment from t-mobile. They stole $94 out of my bank account, and it was an unauthorized transaction. We contacted t-mobile customer service and they had no record of the "payment." We had to change our bank account and report a fraudulent use of our credit card.

This is how it looked on my bank statement

This happened about 2-3 days after we called T-mobiles 611 number to pay our bill. That payment was fine, but then this fraudulent one appeared.

Would seem to me that a SCAM is stealing T-Mobile users' account information in order to charge them on a monthly basis for services T-Mobile has not provided. I never signed up for the automated billing payment, yet I was charged for years. I called T-Mobile on several ocasions, and they had no idea what I was talking about. Then I called Discover Card, but I can only dispute the last 6 months charges. I payed over $1600 for the last 24 months, perhaps more, but Discover transaction history only goes back 2 years.
