Was called close to Christmas about an old Discover bill that had paid paid off through a garnishment 2 years earlier, but the callers claimed that I still owed monies, and were very insistent. They start off by saying "We have an iportant call for you regarding your business" and there is a 20-second delay before they pick up to talk to you.

I have been receiving a call from this lady(Tracia) for Ashley over 100 times in my cell phone. I repeatedly told her she got the wrong number but still keeps on calling. It is really annoying and disturbing. Does anyone know how to stop these kind of calls? or is there any authority where i can report?
