These calls are from India. They don't care about "Do Not Call" laws. They've figured out how to display legit companies numbers - or ones with your area code and preface so you think it's someone you know. They will not stop - so have fun with them. Always press "0" until a live operator comes on. Act old and interested, make them wait long periods while you find info. Do a crazy character. Keep them on the line as long as possible. The least you can do is enjoy wasting their time while they break our laws. Record the call, share with others. These are Indian peasant kids with little education. You can string them along for a long while because they're desperate for a successful scamming. I have many fun ideas, but can't give them away here.

called claiming they were Citibank. wanted me to verify my cc account number and my SOCIAL. So sick of this crap......

Another day, another spam call because these dimwits, nitwits, morons, twits, doofus, nincompoops still don't get it that no one give a hoot what they have to sell !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Caller ID shows Toll Free Call and we never ever answer these calls OR calls from Unknown Name, Private Caller. Citibank in a long list of idiot companies that are not monitoring their phone #s to make sure they are not spoofed. Always claiming to be smart, million and billion dollar companies but too cheap to invest in software to protect their clients. Greed is the name of the game of all the corps while they continue to steal from their clients. But then again, stupidity has become the badge of honor these days for these same greedy cos. If I need to call them, I do it personally. Number blocked so twits can keep calling till cows come home because call will be disconnected after 1st ring.
