Definitely a scam but one of the more believable ones as they called twice in a row as I ignored the first one. Sounded just like Chase.

yes, got a call today , I knew it was a scam, but enjoy messing with these scammers. when he asked me for my credit card # I said 4491 fu*k you and do I get a lower rate

Caller ID said it was Chase Card Services. Robo call saying it was Alice with Visa and they were offering me 0% interest on my credit card, so I pressed one to 'mess' with them......when human came on the phone all I heard was someone laughing and then the call disconnected. Blocked number on my phone.

Call showing to be from 800-945-2000. caller states I am eligible for lower credit card rates. Asks for card number. I was able to tie up 11.29 minutes of his time asking questions, giving false name, false CC expiration date, false rate etc.until he hung up on me. It's what you do for fun when you're retired.

Called today, 3/21/19, I answered, no one answered, so I said OK goodbye. They called right back, I didn't answer, they didn't leave a VM, after reading these comments, going to block the number.
