Called & woke me up at 5:57am. Didn't answer in time....no voicemail message. Ridiculous.

Called at 4:28 AM. Credit Card hustler. 4:28 AM. I was ticked off. Bunch off asshats.

I did not answer. Left no message and block their number because they are for sure a scam.

I also received a robocall from this number to a phone number that I never give out to any companies. I didn’t listen long enough to find out who they claimed to be, but it was about a credit card. Reading other comments on this site, I would like to also add that I do not have a Chase credit card.

Called at 1:31 PM on 3/4/2019. I answered and no one said anything then hung up on me. Caller ID showed: Toll Free Call. Scammers.

I contacted Chase and received this reply:

We haven't tried to contact you regarding a lower
Annual Percentage Rate (APR) by phone recently and the
call you received wasn't from us.

In order to protect your account, you should never provide
your information over the phone to anyone unless you're
sure you know who you're talking to. If you need to
contact us, please call us at the number on the back of
your card.

We appreciate your business and thank you for being a
Chase customer.

Some scam call from Ak'bar or his cousin Snak'bar... fun to keep them on the line when I'm bored and compliment their mother.... until they hang up...

Credit card scam

Called today, Feb. 21, four times. Called Feb 19th, twice, called Feb.11th, twice. Also called Jan. 28th, Jan. 4th (twice), Jan. 3rd, Jan. 2nd, and so on. After one call I called the number and actually went to a Chase customer service line. I will give the scammers high scores for attempts.

Telemarketing

Keep them on the phone. The longer you waste their time, the less time they have to scam somebody else.

Asked caller to remove me from their call list. was told they could not until I consolidated my credit cards. I told him BS!. He proceeded to ask me about how many credit cards I have and balances. I told him FU none of your business. I have asked to be taken off the call list. He said it is illegal for me to be taken off the list if I do not give him the ability to consolidate.. What crap.
