Filed a report/complaint with FCC. People should do the same whenever they get a call from these scammers as they are essentially organized criminals who use a phone to steal from vulnerable individuals (not that government officials will actually do anything as they are more concerned with searching people at the airport than actually providing law enforcement).

Just called . . . I didn't get to phone fast enough. It was likely Rachel from Card Member Services again. Scam to lower interest rates.

They call every day and say nothing. I can hear them on the line, then they hang up.
I report these calls, although I don't know why. The FTC doesn't do shit about these calls.

Received a call from this number (the call ID said it was from "Chase Card Services". Did not answer. Do not have a card with Chase. Typed in the number into Bing and saw others complaining about this number as well, although it seems the name on the call ID changes.

indentified themself as security for VISA, that someone from South America was trying to charge $1129.00 to my credit card and they needed my card information to stop the charge - the 1-800 seemed legit and he gave me his name, id # and extension but kept asking for my card number - I said no as I wasn't sure who they were, I called VISA and was told it was a scam

This Robocaller hung up after i answered. United States as a Caller ID has always been used in the past by Card Services.

I have been getting contact spam/phishing calls from spoofed numbers. This is the same spam company, spoofing Chase's customer service #. Make sure you ask for the company name and a supervisor name, they will most likely hangup on you.

They claimed that my credit score entitled me to a lower interest rate on my credit card. I hung up before the automated call was finished.
