I tried to answer once and was hung up on. Whoever these people are called me 6 times yesterday! I don't have anything in collections, so I'm assuming they are an incredibly pushy and disrespectful telemarketing company. I work 14 hours a day most days, so they are both rude and distracting. I'm on the do not call list, but if I answer again and they don't tell me what they want I'm going to just file FCC complaints every time they call, since I apparently have nothing better to do with my time.

they ask for an account number,when I call them I have no account number to give them.they say all available operators are busy then the line goes dead. they say they are a collection agency. I have no outstanding bills.

Called my home every three hours for the past two weeks. Same recorded message every time. Asks for account number when you call back using the reported number of 8009456596. I now respond with loud noises and anything that I can think of off the top of my head. Keeping a chart of the dates and times of each call (and have them this as well). Hundreds of others have made the same comments regarding this number. I am also on the do not call lists for home and cell phones.

They are trying to get me to illegally give them information that isn't mine. They should no me making a payment or using someones credit card without their consent is ILLEGAL. BTW I made the payment at the store like you claimed couldn't be done. You didn't even know what was purchased there.
