Its a scam - if you ask them what card they are talking about they just hang up - Do Not Give them Any of your information - Name, address etc. -

Called at 10 pm , I have had this number call me twice during the day . Called the number back all I got was a recording from AT&T .

I called them back (VISA) and they say they did not call me that it is a bunch of scammers that has hacked into their phone # and I should not give OUT ANY info to them.....but it seems as though I have heard this before!!!

Caller: When I called the number back it was Visa who claimed they did not make the call that it was scammers using their phone #.

Called both my cell phone and my husband's cell phone within minutes of each other. Call identified as "Restricted", so we were unable to reply with a STOP text message. We both spoke to a customer service rep and asked to have our numbers removed from their call list. My guy said OK. The guy my husband dealt with gave him the runaround and said he didn't have the ability to remove his number from the calll list. Told him to call 1-800-947-2911 to have the calls stopped.
