This number has been connected with other scam, it’s always a robocall and has called people who don’t even have an account with Capital One! Also has been marked as a “Known Robocaller” and spammer!

It always leaves a voicemail to have me contact them but never do I hear the phone actually ringing. It's quite annoying. It leaves a voicemail even on the weekends. Everyday I have to erase the voice mail.
