This is a LEGITIMATE call from Capital One, especially if you are a customer and use the call back feature! Stop reporting it as a Scam!

Said they were from Experian and Visa had offered to lower my interest rate. RIGHT

You idiots that complain about Capital One need to get a little lesson on scammers. They are SPOOFING this number to call and claim they are going to lower your credit card interest. T is not a bank or Cardmember services, or VISA/MASTERCARD. It’s an Indian call center. Hang up or play with them to take up theirs time but don’t give them any info. They don’t know the name tge6 are calling and don’t care. They want your card number and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. They try to make you believe that the last 4 digits are just for identity verification. They used to robo call but now they are just calling direct. .

Your app had a pop up screen, from you (Call Control), that told me that this phone number was a "known illegal scammer", and you also had it listed as "Bank of America". First of all, the number is not an "illegal scammer", as your app stated. It was my bank calling me back. Secondly, this number is Capital One, not Bank of America, as your app stated. The reason why your app had this pop-up window, was to try and sell a $47 kit to get paid for scam calls. So, who's scamming who? If you want to sell some BS kit, at least get your facts right and don't lie about a phone number. So just to clarify, the number above is not a "known scammer" and is not "Bank of America", as your app stated, when trying to sell me a rip off kit for $47.

I am on the no call list. Don't know what for. They keep calling. I have decided to get the number of the local Capital One Office and call them every time I get a call from this number. See how they like it.

these people keep calling me about a capital one bank account stating i have a negative account balance...I NEVER HAD CAPITAL ONE THEY SUCK! STOP CALLING!!!!

They keep calling for people with different names, not for me even though I've had my cell phone number for about a year now. I have also asked them to remove me from their calling list several times.
