calls before 8 am
calls every day sometimes twice. recorded message says, we are calling for (certain person) which is not US. How do you tell them that this person doesn't live here? then at the end it says it's a debt collector.

Capitol Management has called my number 5 times in one day, have told them over and over the peson they are looking for no longer has this number. Yet they call, and call and call.

Call at least twice a day. Never leave a message. Read on multiple pages that it's a scam.
They call at all hours and do not identify themselves. The phone I have is under my employers name so I don't know how they got this number. I am not in debt to Capital Management although they have never identified to me who they are or who they represent.
