Automated call. Claimed my PayPal email address failed. Asked me to login to my PayPal account to verify my email address. They also called in Mar 28 of this year and many times in 2015.

called and was asking about my paypal call, declined the call.

Seemed legit - was an automated call referencing the correct name and account type and noting that the account was setup for paperless statements (correct) and a reminder to check the website to see statements
