I have received numerous phone calls from Wisconsin 608-327-5182, Tennessee 931-548-3001, Washington D.C. 202-745-2123. One stated that My loan has been approved yet asked what bank my loan was being issued from I wasn't given an answer. The call from Washington 914-292-4020 stated the like of $9000 I was to receive from American Recovery. I also received a call which I did not take from the 800-969-3588. If you talk to these people please take note of all the other solicitors you hear in the background. I can't imagine this many people are scamming how many people out of millions of dollars.

I answered their call, wasn't doing anything at the time, and they had called many times before. Man with very strong accent saying he was from the United States Federal Grant Dept, and I qualified for a $9000 tax-free grant because I'm an awesome person, basically. Knew my name and my address. Told me to call another # and give them a specific code, so I called for [***] and giggles. The new people told me that to release funds across state lines, I had to go to Walmart and get a $250 gift card. I hung up at this point. 2nd # they gave me to call was

called saying I am a recipient of a $9000.00 grant from the government. Once she could verify everything then she would send out instructions how to collect. She said the government was giving this out to people with no criminal records and was in good financial standings.

Called, mispronounced my name..corrected him on the name. Caller proceeded to tell me I had a "cute voice". I told him I was really very busy and asked why he was calling. He proceeded to say he wanted to kiss me. At that point I told him it would behoove him to not call my phone again, and hung up.
Quiet obviously scammers.....and not professional ones at that.
