They called but I didn't pick up. I called back and after ringing a guy answered and said his name was Pancho and he wanted to see how my service was going with TMobile. I said it was going well. He asked for my TMobile password to pull up my account. I told him that I don't think I should give that info out. He texted me (from 511-6) to assure me he was actually from TMobile and ran a diagnostic, then told me I was calling from an iPhone 6s. At that point, I told him if I had an issue I would call the number listed on my account. He said no problem, thank you for calling him back.

I called TMobile to check and report the call, they showed notes in my file that it was from one of their partners that would share any promotions or deals that I was missing out on.
