Worked with them for 6 months and they delivered what they promised

Asked to send in 4 checks for the next four months over the phone. No paper work, no follow up documents. My sister-in-law is stupid enough to send the checks in. First check cashed. But her mortgage company is NOT aware. So she is behind her mortgage payment. Not legit
