Received a call at work from Rich Morgan. Said he saw that I only make minimum payments on my credit cards (not true) and wanted to reduce my interest rate. Said that this would be the last call he would make before closing my file(?). Left a call back number of 800-978-4584. When I called, there was no answer.

starts message out as "hey guys" so it sounds like a follow up on a previous conversation. talks about cutting payments in half by charging 1%; "this is the last courtesy call before i have to close the file" ?????
