This idiot company from Cedar Financial is violating the do not call list and the Debt Collections Practices Act!!! Report them now and file a lawsuit against them in federal court!!! They called me 3x for a person non-existent on my phone number!!! I have sent them letters demanding cease and desist. I have also called them and argued with the reps (idiotic people). I have consulted with a debt collections attorney who has filed a complaint in federal court. He is 100% certain Cedar Financial will cough up $1000 for violating the Debt Collections Practices Act!!! And the legal fees are paid for by Cedar Financial!!! If you received a call from them, call an attorney and sue them in federal court now!
