Caller stayed on the phone with me the whole time. Was persistent and no swearing. Very heavy accent and didn't know anything about my account, but kept fishing for information. Started with asking for small information and tried creeping for more. When in doubt call the bank.

My 11 yr old recieved a call from this number. He had a very thick accent and said he was calling about a visa account. But no real rock solid details to support. After he foumd out she didnt have a visa card he asked if she was alone and proceded to ask her personal questions such as how old she was, favorite color, movie, and what she was doing. Once I got on the phone he proceded to give me the same "Visa account" speech and refused to give me a manager. Then 3 times pretended to be a different manager Completelyignoring any questions I had about why he was asking my daughter personal questions. I will be reinerating the rules of what to tell callers with her but thanks to him shes extremely freaked out right now. I have also called and reported to local police.

Heavy accent, stated he was from Visa Mastercard. Congratulated me for being a good customer for paying my bills on time. Stated he wanted to offer me a special lifetime credit rate. I said, "I'm sorry, I'm not inter-" and then the line was dead. When I call the number back it is a busy signal. Smells like a scam.

Got a call today from 1-800-983-4653 about my Visa card. He did not know a lot about my situation or who I held the card with. When I asked him to continue with what he wanted, he swore at me (m.... f....) and hung up. I tried to call back but the number was "not in service"
