Identified itself as HRRG Collections, a debt-collection agency, and gave number to call. When called, number is advert for medic-alert monitoring services. Gave a second number for more info, (I called hoping for an opt-out) which turned out to be Comcast free 4-11. No option for speaking with a human or being removed from call list. Received a robo-call from the medical surveillance service appx. 3 wks ago. Was given an option to be removed from the calling list, which I exercised.

rude people when calling you , they require all your information but when asked what this is in reguards to they only provide info that you owe money and not one more peice on info to help you figure it out

totally agree with you, i tried to inquire about what the bill is for instead of answering my question i got rudness and a statement that i need to pay it now, followed by a dial tone

they keep calling looking for my father who is disabled and won't send a bill to the house... they are not getting any info over the phone... if he owes a bill they can send it to the house and it will get paid.... this sounds like a way to rip ppl off...

They call me today !! I dont own any money to any hospital at all , they want my credit card info this is a scam !!!! They even scream at me saying pay you bill! wtf with this people!!!
