I was contacted today from an arbitration company supposedly home-based in Miami, Florida. The gentleman Sean Johnson had my information and stated that it would be in my best interest to pay $25.00 for the initial fee and $50.00 per month until the bill is settle. Then he proceeded to tell me that they will send someone to my job which isn't going to happen because I work in a very prestigious federal government building so I'm sure that they don't want to do this. I then flipped the script and asked that he send me documentation with my signature and he expressed that there was no paperwork because the loan was done over the internet. He expressed that the loan was processed in 2010. I expressed to him that he was calling a federal government building and that I would have my legal department look at the documents that he was sending me, but he stated that because they are an arbitration company that they don't have the documents from this fictitious pay day loan company but that if I send the first payment to them that they will send the information to my email address. I asked him for the name and location of their company and he told me Global Solutions in Miami, FL ,but he was physically located in Maryland. I looked the name up and it popped up fraud and I proceeded to read to him the information. He kept deadening the call and then when I asked was he there he spoke up. I asked him what he was doing and he stated that he was documenting. I am not paying them anything and if they want to take me to court little black dress we'll go to court fully represented. It's such a travesty that individuals are stealing folks identity and I believe that everyone who receives calls from these companies should report in detail on this website everything that these individuals have said. Also, a lot what other folks on this site stated he said to me as well. He did get angry and asked him what was wrong. I told him that I wasn't getting angry but yet he said that I sounded condescending but no it wasn't that at all. I am not going to tolerate anyone trying to bulldoze me by an element of fear. I have a question for you all did any of you lose storages and also are any of you all Hispanic and African American. I believe that sometimes folks target certain races because of stereotypes. I am an African American woman who has lost my storage and was just wondering whether you all have some of the same factors. The more information that we have the better equipped we are.

It's pretty funny. Since she tries to sound professional but isn't. Sounds very stern and almost like she is going to get mad. I have seen the copies of my credit report and there is nothing in there for the company they're talking about. Manhattan Payday loan. She also said this concerns a matter from the plaintiff in April 2009.

They left me a message on my home phone. It's regarding a matter with a returned check from my bank. You need to contact our legal department today. If you don't you'll be served at your employment and home. If that happens it'll have to be settled in court with the plaintiff. Your right to settle has expired.

I've Google them on the internet. They're A Fraudulent collection agency. Posing as an official Arbirtration Division for the USA. The company i so called applied for a online payday loan is bogus. They're fraudulent as well. I ordered my 3 credit bureau reports. So i csn see. The payday loan company isnt on there. This is effectong my social security number they tell me. Theyvsaid the company sent out a letter and i didnt reply. Ive gotten nothing from them. I won't pay them a dime. It is all bogus. They actually said. Can i settle this today for the amount outside of court. The call on a number with my states area code in it. As a Pre Trial Processing Division of Utah. Leave me alone!!!!!!!!

The last message asked if that's something I could do today. They keep calling me and they are a fraudulent company. Telling me I'm going to be seeved. You think if they were legit. I would've heard from them also by mail. The supervisor told me. They don't work that way. They only contact by phone.
