Spam Call from 800-994-9914, reported to IRS and Local FBI to trace!

Have had a number of calls from this outfit over the last four months. They ask to speak to Anna, That is not my wife's first name. Explained to them that they have the wrong number. I aske for information , declined to tell me any details.Then they said that a letter was sent , we have not seen any mail from Total Credit Recovery.I suggested they send another letter. Neither my wife or I owe anybody a nickel. They also asked for my wife's date of birth, which was not given.

800-994-9914 and 866-519-6435 Total credit recovery. Ignore them. Do not engage them in conversation. Rude. Callous. Deceitful. This company instructs it’s employees to harass people regardless of anyone’s situation. American Express (the company which hires TCR) is a terrible credit card company - they are too quick to hand off an account to a bottom feeding outfit such as Total Credit Recovery

If I could understand wtf these people were calling about I'd be able to offer some more information. Language barrier aside, announciation goes a long way in any language. Yikes, 4 calls back to back every day while I'm at work.

They call my 93 year old mother repeatedly -- 19 calls in one day! She does not answer calls from numbers she does not recognize as she is hard of hearing and doesn't know they they are saying, She is so stressed out about this!! This is elder abuse of the worst kind. And she has never had a credit card all her life by choice!

They call my cell every day. The call comes in around 7:30 or shortly after. Call Control blocks it each time. :) One day I answerwd this persistent caller. The man identified himself as American Express collection agency I have never owned such a card. He briefly appologized. He told me my number would be deleted. They still call, just not as often. The call still comes in the mornings. Call Control blocks it each time. :) lol. Ha ha
