A new twist to the Chinese Consulate Scam. An English speaking robovoice announcing the call is from the Bank of America, Chinese Loan Department (I love it). It then launches into a recording in Mandarin stating that you owe money on a loan...

Today (01/15/19) I received a call on my home phone for the first time from 713-997-9171. I have received three other calls on my cell phone from 713-327-0607, 212-244-9896 and 800-997-1468. The calls on my cell were on 12/21/18 (2) and 12/17/18. I never answer a call from a number I do not recognize. The message is always fairly short and from an Asian female speaking very fast.
