My Esurance policy lapsed and for some reason my new policy could not be combined with the old (go figure) and they sent the remaining balance to this Credit Collections Services. The Esurance customer representative gave me this number. When I called, the fellow on the line confirmed all the info my insurance company gave, then we resolved my balance easily.

Nov.26, 2012, 8:22pm pacific time, Anthony called and claimed to be a collect agent ,then he told me that I am $146.84 past due for the auto policy with Farmers Insurance. I asked what's his number, and he gave me 1-800-998-5000.

Received call on my work phone number voicemail. Female voice stated that this was an attempt to collect a debt and any information would be used that purpose. Stated the company was called Credit Collections Services. Left a phone number (800) 998-5000 and/or website at www.warningnotice.com with a file number 05045569497..

Called 9:42AM on Jan 11. I never answer and wait for a voicemail but never received one. Just called them and heard the recording to find out who it was.

Cowards. Called my parents house, 2000 miles away instead of calling me. Typical of most any collection agency, especially one representing Farmers Insurance.
