Even after request to be put on do not call list, they continue to call for an alarm system I don't have.

Vivent security systems
They call regularly and twice within an hour today. punched the number to talk to an agent to get my phone number ut of their system. person i was connected to kept asking for my account number and i kept telling him i did not have one (the message is an automated one that says they got a notice that the alarm system was not working correctly. Only problem-i do not have their alarm system. finally asked for a supervisor and supposedly they will take my phone number out of their system. We will wait and see. if they continue to call I will file a formal complaint with teh FCC and FTC.

Told them to stop calling me once. They keep calling.. My last two voicemails from them have been completely silent. I'm about to threaten them with the law enforcement if they don't stop harassing me.

Some sort of scam, but can't say what. Someone from this number called my wife twice today. They had her name wrong, and they were asking about some friends of ours. My wife told them she wasn't comfortable answering their questions and hung up. They called back and got the same response from her. Is it Vivant home security or just someone sending a fake caller ID? I don't know. I tried to call the number, but you get put on hold forever and ever. What I suggest is that you refuse calls from this number unless you are a Vivant customer

I have a Vivint alarm system. Received a call from this number as I was driving from my home. I did not answer because I did not recognize the number. Unfortunately it was a legitimate call as my alarm had gone off. I don't know why they are using this number as it is not one I have listed in my phone directory.
