This is a Scam, I checked with three doctors which I have upcoming appointments with, none of the doctors have ever heard of this company and don't use them for notification. Phone number is not a working number.

I didn't recognize this number until I listened to the recording. The call was legit and from an appointment reminding service that was calling to remind me about a dental appointment. I 1st thought it was a robo caller--IT WAS NOT!

I didn't recognize the number so didn't answer. It went to my answering machine and they hung up on it. ID was solution reach, and if it was a doctor as stated above, why didn't they leave a message.

Caller ID came up as Khalil Charles.. If you google him, he is a muslim or something. Out of state. Did not answer. Static was all that was on answering machine. I would assume Do Not ANswer..

they called me but I missed it so I return their calls find that it s not connecting. Therefore I believed that it s a scam call. darn it

After getting several calls with no voicemail message left, I Googled the number and saw that there was conflicting information - some say legit, others scam. So I called my dentist directly (I have an appointment in two days) and found out they use Solution Reach for *text* message reminders. Since they've been calling my home number which is a landline, they cannot leave text messages or voicemails, so you get the multiple calls and hangups. Solution Reach and the doctors that use them need to be sure that the contact information is correct, otherwise they're wasting their money on reminders that never arrive.
