Calls almost every day, now they are harassing my wife. B. S .

Received call from person who didn't speak English demanding payment for outstanding anesthesia bill at 9:00 pm! Couldn't provide service dates or pertinent detail and asked me to tell my husband. My husband isuffered strokes and is in a care facility and cannot speak but this caller didn't care! Told her she needed to file balance with Medicaid if this is legitimate! She was rude and unprofessional! I have never been contacted at 9:00 Pm for any type if medical bill!

They called me and left another phone number to call. They wouldn't tell me anything unless I told them my name and zip code. i said I will not until you tell me my date of service. They told me they couldn't due to hipa policies and told me to just call the number on my statement.
