The lady said she was calling about a waste disposal company (or from one) and asked if this was the Tester household, which it wasn't (Tester being someone's last name, which I didn't get at first as I was thinking she was looking for households to test a product.) She apologized and hung up. Very polite. Nothing fishy or spammy about it, just a wrong number, but I try to always check just in case.
