Just received a call from this number. I answered with my first name. A male voice with a foreign accent (East Indian maybe?) said my last name. I said "yes, that is correct" and he hung up. Seems like he was collecting information about me.

Called the number back and answering machine said " this is Utah gov. Non returnable number"

This is a scam. Do not respond to this number. She called saying she was with the Utah State Tax Commission and that we are late on a tax payment which we do not owe.
