Doesn't give option to take off calling list.

This phone number has called my house multiple times. It is some solar company. It is an automated message that plays when you answer, with no option to push a number to get off their call list. Just press one to talk to a representative. So we have asked so many times to be removed from their list- if anything, that encourages them to call more. I told them again today, 2/28/2017- to stop calling and the guy said something about Ryan was going to give him stickers, as if I am supposed to know who Ryan is- trying to make excuses as to why our phone number had not been removed from the do not call list. I told him to shut up and remove our number. He hung up on me. I expect we'll get another phone call within a week.
