They were offering to lower interest rates on credit card(s). They would not answer when I would pick up phone....would make me call back, then place me on hold, presumably to get caller ID, etc. When I asked them what bank they represented, they have repeatedly disconnected the call. This has happened with numerous phone numbers in addition to the ones I have provided and with the same EXACT results...

I finally managed to speak to someone at the end of the call, but as soon as I asked what their name was, they terminated the call.

they state the call is from "Credit Card Services" and they are giving me the final notice and to press 1 to speak with an operator. I get this call on all four phone lines from this number and others stating the same business name and the same instructions with the same result of being disconnected after pressing 1. Between this number and the others on all four phone lines, I get maybe 60 to 70 calls per month from this "Credit Card Services" and I can't take it anymore. I try everytime to ask someone to remove me from their call list, but I get disconnected immediately after pressing 1. They call our phones while we are in bed sleeping too.
