Reduce credit card interest rate. I receive this call every 2 weeks. I cannot get to a "live" person. Calling the number back goes to a voice mailbox that is full.

The automated attendant message said my "credit card low-interest rate was about to expire and I could convert my card to a 6% rate" and to press "1" for more information. I did that and got to a live person who was rude to me and then another person came on the line and said terrible graphic and vulgar sexual things to me such as "I'm going to lick your wet pussy and you are doing to suck my balls and my ass..." etc.
