They call daily, and when you answer, it is an automated system. If you do get to a person and ask to be removed from the list, they cut you off by hanging up on you. VERY RUDE

I get a call from these people once a week, and have been for about 6-8 weeks now. Finally, today, I pressed 1 and got someone named "William" (probably not his real name) who asked if I was calling to lower my interest rates. I replied that no, I was calling to get my name removed from the database and that I have tr-- but I was cut off before I could finish. No idea if they are removing me or not. No idea if these calls will ever stop, or if I'm doomed to receive them until this company, Cardholder Services, goes out of business. Is it a branch of Chase, as I've read someone reported? I highly doubt it, if they are hanging up on people.

Same as what everyone said above. calling about lowering interest rates. I have recieved this call many times over the past 3 months. Today i figured I would press "1" as the message says to speak to a live rep. Upon pressing "1" it disconnected the call. I pressed "1" so that I could tell a live person to take me off the list. now I wonder if by pressing "1" I included myself in something I didn't mean to. I saw that it is a cellular number, feel free to text the heck out of them. I have been.
