Called my work said they were from my work corporate office asked my manager for my personal number

"Sandra Black" called saying that they've had my collections account for "66" or 67 days now and are attempting to collect. When I said I can't pay she says "well you might qualify for $5/mo payments. They attempted to get me to sign up for that when I told them. "No I'm dirt poor, I really can't even afford that" she said "well we'll just mark it down as a refusal to pay". I said "I'm not refusing to pay, I just CAN'T". She says "yes, sir, you are refusing to pay, goodbye"
I highly suspect an attempt at acquiring my payment information for fraudulent activity considering the other people on this site say a multitude of company types.
