Call multiple times a day over and over . Usually with in seconds of each other

I was called several times, I placed myself on the do not call list and also vocally told them to do so. I went about a month with no calls until yesterday, but I said the next time you call I am going to speak to your manager, so I asked just that. Out of 15 times I called, I was hung up on 13 and told he was in a very important meeting. Also they are based in California, but this is a UTAH phone number!!

Keep asking for a Sandra Lloyd, who has never had this number and they refuse to stop calling me!
