Since getting these calls many times a day for three and a half years now, and going through all the hassle of blocking numbers (that are impossible to block because of spoofing), asking my cell phone company to help block them (they wouldn't), tracking down the companies that appear to be routing the calls (they claim they are aware of the problem, but can do nothing because either the numbers aren't real or they are deactivated to begin with, and some of the companies i contacted are genuinely frustrated with the spoofing as well)...i've found something else that may help to solve the puzzle.

The number that reflects on your caller ID (if it isn't totally spoofed) isn't coming from Salt Lake City or NJ or wherever...it's coming from outside the country. The caller ID *isn't* showing the +11 (US to outside of US) or +00 (another country TO the US) country code in front of the number. The area code isn't a US code at all...it's the country code. For example, "1-212-xxx-xxxx" isn't a New York number. The actual number would be +11+212...which is the code for Morocco/Sahara. Check out the other "area codes"(these are all from numbers that've shown up on my phone): 213=Algeria, 855=Cambodia, 1-340= US Virgin Islands, 1-242= Bahamas, 1-246= Barbados, 249= Sudan, 1-535=Cuba, 880=Bangladesh, 971= UAE, 92= Pakistan, 20= Egypt, 40=Romania, 972= Israel...etc. To make them appear like US numbers, the real country codes with their prefixes and suffixes are spaced unevenly to mask the foreign number that's calling, in addition to hiding the +11 code at the front of the number. It seems the majority of calls are, surprise surprise, coming from either northern Africa, Pakistan/India or the Middle East/Eastern Europe, with a handful coming from the Caribbean.

Has anyone else picked up on this? Hope this helps. That's as far as i've gotten so far. Been seeing it listed as DC Pills by people who've placed fake orders to get the customer service number

Did not answer. They left no message. I called them back to tell them to stop and they did not answer. Phone rang ten times. the caller id always reads numbers 2064261756.
