Person called me about a country specific SMS competition that occured several months back. Insisted on getting my email and personal identification number for some stupid survey.

Based on the voice on the line, I didn't feel this was from an american company. The voice sounded from the Philippines.

Said he was from Neilson Movie(s), didn't hear exactly. He asked if I had been to theater in past 2 months, I said "no", then he asked if in last 12 months. I again aid, "No." Having heard that response, he asked if anyone else between ages 12-24 who gaff been to theater in that same time frame lived here. I again said, no

Acturally talked to the caller and he said it was for telemarketing survey and survey is exempted from No Call provision.

I'm not 100% sure as I hung up as soon as I saw the unfamiliar number and a voice asking for a name that they clearly have never heard of before. As I get a lot of unwanted phone calls at this number, even though I am on the Do-Not-Call Registry, this is how I judge junk phone calls.

These idiots called our business twice after hours tonight. The second time, I picked up just because I wanted to find out what butt-wipe spammer/scammer was being so persistent. The guy mumbled something about data research or something and asked if I was a registered voter. I told him he was calling a business. That didn't deter him. He still wanted to conduct a "short survey." I told him again that he was calling a business - after hours, no less - and to put us on their do-not-call list because we weren't interested in their crap. And that's exactly how I worded it. If the burning anal sphincters bother me again, I'll blow my emergency whistle into the receiver. Am I really supposed to believe some "research" company is actually interested in my opinion as a voter? When I want my opinion known, I'll let it be known when I vote, instead of telling it to some random jerkwad calling me and wasting my time.

(801) 823-2021, (801) 823-2023, (801) 823-2022 and (801) 823-2024 continually call me home. Typically I do not answer, last night after the 3rd call in an hour, I answered and was asked "Are you a registered voter?". At that point, I asked them to stop calling my number and remove me from there call list....that the constant calls need to stop and hung up. At 10:00 pm EST, I was asleep and he called again, listened to me say hello, then hung up. 15 minutes later, he called again and I answered with "Call this number again and I will file harrassment charges against these numbers!". These calls are harrassment!!!!

They called and said they were doing a survey. I told them I was in an noisy environment and did not want to do a survey there. I don't think they understood.
I would rather not get cold call surveys it could easily be a scam.
