This person is claiming to be a subcontract from my health insurance company and want to collect some information from me and do a survey and i never heard of this company and this person had trouble speaking and understanding me and i told him that my insurance company cant be using this company for if so; it would be committing an HIPPA Law Violation. This is the 3rd company that did this Re: Using my health insurance name.

i dont know this company and they are asking me for surveys and he can hardly speak; which is questionable and very concerning.
