They call me daily on my cell. I tried blocking it and they got round that by leaving voicemail or text messages without ringing my phone. When I wait for 'hit 0' they hang up before I can speak to a 'real' person. When I call their number, I get a continual busy signal. What are they really after? I'm going to change my cell number. Hopefully that will stop them for a time.

Just add them to your auto reject list or black list on your cell phone. This way it will automatically just hang up on them and you don't have to deal with it. Be careful they will try calling on a different number but just keep adding. They eventually get the picture.
