SCAM!! DO NOT give any personal information to this number! Their scare tactics are horrible. They stated on voice message they are a summons division with fraud charges against your social security number. They state they are a company called Information Retrieval Center, which is NOT a true company. They will call anyone connected to your name giving them the same scare. IGNORE them!!

Received an automated call threatening to serve me at my home or work. It left a phone # to call back and a case#. I called back and asked for the "legal dept" and the receptionist would not reveal name of co. SHE hung up on me. I went on line and found this site. I decided to call back and did so 4 times more... was finally put on hold... finally spoke to another agent who demanded to know if I was the person they were looking for and wanted to speak to me. Told her "I can't give out that info". They hung up.

Keep getting the same recorded message about fraud and with my SS#.... The person doesn't even live here and when I called them back to remove my number they said because i said was reporting this she would not remove my number....

received a call yesterday at my job, automated from the "process & summons Division, fraudulent activity with my name and ssn. everytime I get a call from these scammers, I'm going to file a report with the FCC. wouldn't I receive something in the mail not a phone call?
