This is a student loan robocaller offering help to pay off student loans. They are probably looking for Jared a low life that had owned my phone number 6+ months ago and I have never had loans. Some ghetto black trash answered the phone when I pressed 1 for "more info" and told her that Jared doesn't have this number and to remove me from the list, but she hung up as soon as I told her that. Calling from some ghetto hovel somewhere and they are spoofing numbers, as the number actually belongs to an insurance company that doesn't know they were spoofed.
